About Pegs Bailey

A mother of two and keen gardener I also specialise in employability policy, systems thinking, strategic planning, facilitation and growing collaborative working between people who deliver services and those who use them. Until recently I worked in Fife and was also Chair of the National Third Sector Employability Forum Executive in Scotland.I now live in the Highlands and as of January 2024 am on secondment to support third sector partnership engagement in local employability partnerships (LEPs) across Scotland. I am also studying an MSc in Mindfulness with a specialist focus on mindfulness and public policy design.

I also support the Fife Lived Experience Team, and Fife Peer Support Network, both projects take a co-production approach to transforming people's experience of difficulty to strengths that can help improve both service design and delivery.As of March 2022 I have taken on the role of Chair of the National Third Sector Employability Forum Executive and look forward to engaging with colleagues across Scotland to champion the work the sector does.
