Reviewed and approved ITP's for various work scopes, including in-process welding, flange face repairs, torqueing of untested joints, and P.S.V. servicing. Monitored third-party repair and alteration of pressure vessels and piping. Conducted internal and external inspections of piping, exchangers and reactors. Post-installation auditing and inspection of PSV's. Marking out areas of suspected corrosion on equipment for UT thickness measurements to identify any wall loss

Supported the Quality Management Program for the manufacturing of Shell-&-Tube Heat Exchangers and Air Coolers. Co-ordinated routine ABSA, third-party and non-destructive testing schedules and activities. Participated in all shop floor inspection activities as required by welders and pipefitters. Formulated regulatory data reports and prepared overall quality job files to present to ABSA officer for final sign off.
