Develop products to enable the One Singapore Experience, which aims to provide a seamless end-to-end visitor journey in Singapore- Lead and manage the following products on various frontend channels: o Visit Singapore Account: The unique digital identifier for visitors to access all essential travel services, available on the Visit Singapore Travel Guide App (VS App)o Visit Singapore Pass: The single digital pass for visitors to access places of interests, available on the VS Appo Chatbot: The 24/7 virtual concierge for visitors and stakeholders to get assistance, available on the corporate website, Visit Singapore website and Facebook Messenger- Define the vision of the above products and align the relevant stakeholders (i.e. developers, UX designers, business development team and industry stakeholders) to the proposed strategy.- Secure buy-in from internal and external stakeholders to adopt the STB technology stack.
