Highly motivated in professional growth and strong attention to Company's goals achievement.In my work experience, I've started to explore the world of construction management, a process that began at university and was taken through thanks to a thesis regarding KPI - "Key Performance Indicator for Effective Constructions Management".I had the opportunity to study the different disciplines that characterize the entire process. I've been always fascinated to see how these different processes had been applied and what types of output results can be obtained thanks to this analysis. I had the pleasure to contribute to very different and international projects, from the Tower Intesa San Paolo in Turin to the enlargement of Al Udeid Military Air Base in Qatar. My passion for project management became steadily more important than a single application in the construction industry so I decided to get involved in other different sectors. New kinds of projects/processes are always an opportunity to do my best, test my skills, and apply my knowledge, but also a tremendous opportunity to learn as much as possible.Mandatory is the ability to work in a team, I've applied the principle of team working since I was at university, not only in my professional life but also private, thanks to my passion for rugby. This background easily gives me the possibility to fit in and be a proactive member of a team-oriented company.
