A global privately owned staffing firm specializing in the areas of marketing communications and advertising.Pei was recruited to develop San Francisco market for the brand new venture for Aquent – specializing in Marketing Staffing. Within one month, Pei brought in key accounts such as Chevron, PG&E, Visa, Clorox that established San Francisco branch as the fastest growing Marketing Staffing Division among 16 branch office across the globe. Helped revamp Aquent’s Creative Staffing division by training jr. recruiters, bridged the two divisions by introducing key clients to the Creative division and worked collaboratively with the creative staffing team to make successful hires.
