Advised and helped one of the partners to start Kinetic HR (division of Kinetic Search) focuses on placing HR professionals, using Kinetic Creative’s successful model. While launching and building Kinetic Creative, Pei project managed all key recruiting and research projects for the bio-tech/pharma division. Hired, trained, and managed a stellar team of bio-tech recruiters and project managers to stabilize the company’s failing venture.

Within one month, Pei brought in key accounts such as Chevron, PG&E, Visa, Clorox that established San Francisco branch as the fastest growing Marketing Staffing Division among 16 branch office across the globe. Helped revamp Aquent’s Creative Staffing division by training jr. recruiters, bridged the two divisions by introducing key clients to the Creative division and worked collaboratively with the creative staffing team to make successful hires.

Pei was recruited to rebuild the company’s failing creative staffing division after it’s founder left the company. Re-organized the company’s recruiting process, by introducing skill testing tools, training in-house recruiters to be proficient in recruiting candidates in all experience levels with full-life cycle recruiting functions. Within 6 months, secured key clients such as Wells Fargo, Kensington Technologies, and large and small advertising agencies that led to company’s continued success even after Pei’s departure.
