I’m an inspirational speaker and a passionate writer. In my previous life I founded a Waldorf School with parents and colleagues. For years I worked there as a class teacher and a principle. Then – after all these experiences how to encourage and help the pupils to find and create themselves – I founded my coaching company Peilaus Oy. To work as a business coach is for me a matter of curiosity, passion, and a will to create the right circumstances for my customers to learn and to develop.After hundreds of workshops and 1-to-1 private coaching sessions I have learned better to sense the potential and the will to evolve in organizations and in individuals.I have written seven books, hundreds of blog posts, and now I’m trying to learn to vlog.Expertise: Coaching, public speaking, facilitating, writing.
