Research Agricultural Engineer - Postdoc
Projects explored the use of NIR spectroscopy, multivariate statistical analysis, and quantitative image analysis to evaluation sensory quality and safety of a variety of commodities, as well as the use of natural compounds to radio-sensitize commercial pests to x-ray for food phytosanitation purposes.
