Not a fan of dictating what you should do, I prefer to guide you to the new skills & habits that will empower you to embark on your adventure your way, and in your own time.I strive to inspire each individual to thrive rather than simply survive by reminding them how to dream, and teaching them how to turn those dreams into real life adventures.🚀 Peita’s Journey to Date 🚀An Actuarial Studies survivor at university, my first adventure in finance over 20 years ago was set in the shark infested waters of Investment Banking. While proving a human can actually work over 100hrs a week, I also learnt the importance of translating the complex for my clients – smarts simply weren’t enough, storytelling made sure they were effective. When I moved into Financial Advice this continued to ring true, & culminated in the release of my ‘Finance Action Hero’ book series in 2014 & 2016.Over time I realised I also needed to develop an entrepreneurial mindset – with a focus on being nimble & constantly questioning the norm. Thus began my fascination with applied innovation – the adoption of innovative business models, the development of innovative products & technologies and the engagement of the public in more innovative ways.As we all get smarter at the WAY we do things in the professional services world, I can’t wait to see what creativity & innovation does to the WHAT we do, and ultimately the breadth of WHO we can help.
