This position called upon many skills I had learned as part of my degree and tested my ability to put them into practice in a ‘real world’ situation, i.e travel planning, survey analysis, GIS mapping, interviewing and presentations. I learnt not only the importance of teamwork but also how to collaborate effectively with team members. This had improved my ability to think on my feet and to deal problems efficiently. This experience has allowed me to further develop and strengthen my analytical and decision-making skills.- Worked as a team of two to find out the viability of car sharing to the Business Park by creating maps to identify where the potential car sharers live- Interviewed Tesco Bank (one of the tenants at the Business Park) to learn from them on their successful car share scheme- Hosted a road show at Tesco Bank to promote car sharing, in which several employees were highly convinced to attempt car sharing to work- Identified obstacles that hinder car sharing to work by interviewing alone car drivers- Present the importance, benefits and implementation of car sharing to the tenants of Quorum Business Park
