As a research assistant at The Johns Hopkins University, I am passionate about creating innovative and effective solutions that improve human health and quality of life. I specialize in molecular diagnostics and microfluidics, with a focus on pathogens detection and point-of-care applications. In my current project, I utilize high-resolution melt analysis with digital PCR to identify infectious agents, integrating artificial intelligence techniques such as machine learning and deep learning for classification. I also design and operate microfluidic and magnetofluidic devices, and have experience in developing point-of-care detection methods using CRISPR assay. I have solid software and programming skills, and have published multiple papers in peer-reviewed journals.
