Two journal papers are under editing.Assigned to take charge of electro-migration based lithography project in order to meet the deadline. Learned the basics of electro-migration and modified the apparatus and program to increase system sensitivity and accuracy. Succeded in perfomming thermal etching on indium substrate to write a line with its width less than 100 micrometer.Helped in tin whiskers and interfacial sliding project after the EPIC project was finished.
