As a QHSE/CSR Expert, my role involves ensuring that our organization adheres to the highest standards of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) practices, while also integrating Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives into our operations. This dual focus not only helps mitigate risks and enhance compliance but also fosters a culture of sustainability and social accountability within the company.Key Responsibilities:1. Quality Management: Develop and implement quality management systems that meet industry standards and customer expectations. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.2. Health and Safety: Establish health and safety protocols to protect employees and stakeholders. Conduct training sessions to ensure that all personnel are aware of safety regulations and practices.3.
