As a QHSE/CSR Expert, my role involves ensuring that our organization adheres to the highest standards of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) practices, while also integrating Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives into our operations. This dual focus not only helps mitigate risks and enhance compliance but also fosters a culture of sustainability and social accountability within the company.Key Responsibilities:1. Quality Management: Develop and implement quality management systems that meet industry standards and customer expectations. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.2. Health and Safety: Establish health and safety protocols to protect employees and stakeholders. Conduct training sessions to ensure that all personnel are aware of safety regulations and practices.3. Environmental Stewardship: Implement environmental management systems that minimize the organization's ecological footprint. Promote initiatives such as waste reduction, energy efficiency, and sustainable sourcing.4. Corporate Social Responsibility: Design and oversee CSR programs that align with the company's values and community needs. Engage with local stakeholders to identify opportunities for positive impact.5. Compliance Monitoring: Stay updated on relevant legislation and industry standards. Ensure that the organization complies with all applicable laws and regulations related to QHSE and CSR.6. Reporting and Communication: Prepare reports on QHSE performance metrics and CSR activities for internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies. Communicate transparently about the organization’s efforts and achievements.Skills and Qualifications:- Degree in Environmental Science & Occupational Health and Safety field.- Proven experience in QHSE management and CSR program development.- Strong analytical skills to assess risks and develop mitigation strategies.- Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.- Knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and other relevant frameworks.Goals:- Foster a proactive safety culture that prioritizes employee well-being.- Achieve certification in recognized QHSE standards.- Enhance community relations through impactful CSR initiatives.- Continuously improve processes to reduce environmental impact while maintaining operational efficiency.Fluent in Spanish 🇪🇸 (native), English 🇬🇧 and French 🇫🇷 .
