Ensure timely review, formulate and implement work instruction and process flows for all items administered within this department. • Perform receipting on payment received and approval of on areas within Limit of Authority (LOA) for all transactions related to Banca Operation.• Quality Assurance - To ensure prompt and accurate data transmitted to core system and output of documents (bills, letters and correspondence) to bank partners as per requirements respectively. Improve engagement with all bank partners for periodic feedback and alignment of STMB processes that compliments Banca Admin services• Resource Management - Supervise, monitor and coach all staff within Banca Operations to ensure all staff are equipped with the relevant knowledge and skill to carry out the processing. Plans, resource and develops human resources to ensure the availability of optimal number of appropriate skilled people to deliver the key results for the department and continuity.• To review Business Requirements document and test scenario to ensure completeness of the relevant documents for all new products under Banca Operation and major system enhancements.
