This position is an extension of my previous position within Promethean (Head of Strategic Direction). My role has been extended to include operational management of the ANZ team, particularly HR and budgeting.The Educational Strategy theme within my position has been extended to cover Asia, in addition to the Australia, New Zealand and Pacific Region.

There was to major themes to my work in this position. One was to engage with Government, Senior Educational Leaders and Thought Leaders in the Education Sector. Engagement would be around listening to their needs, issues and aspirations within their context and provide targeted advice, based on research and evidence, as to how Promethean solutions could.

In this role I was responsible for developing policy, implementation strategies, and a robust teacher professional learning infrastructure to support the integration of ICT into schools within the Australian Capital Territory.

In this role I was responsible for the operations and educational program of the school.It was in this position that provided the instructional leadership around the classroom integration of Interactive Whiteboards that was recognized by the 2004 Australian Government National Award for Quality Schooling - Outstanding School Improvement
