Well, this is not a short summary anymore.... Currently, my work responsibilities at Jame-Shaft are developing business analytics and reporting (already done, reports automated), O365 deployment (done), ERP and CRM development and renewal for the company (ongoing). I also build new applications (coding with javascript, html5, nodeJs, express, mysql, Angular 7 and related frameworks). Modern tools gives lots of possibilities to improve productivity, processes and wow.I have strong IT background in international multicultural environments around the globe. My earlier responsibilities at Nokia/Microsoft IT department were: design, testing, deployment, maintaining and troubleshooting corporate wide applications. In my latest position in RnD, I organized and lead user testing for many product programs. I collected customer feedback and analyzed it using six sigma and lean methods. My experience skills include Azure, AWS, GCP, Heroku cloud services, years of expertice in customer support, technical support, application support, application remote management, application deployment globally, troubleshooting, device management, collaborate with large audiences and execute customer feedback data analyzing. I have programming skills with Java and script languages like NodeJs, JavaScript, JQuery, Python, Typescript, SQL etc. I know IoT and cloud technologies and can build solutions with them. In my freetime I run HackLab club in Salo where I share my IT and IoT knowledge to the other participants.My Colleaques, friends, bosses and customers have thanked and praised me for being easy to aproach, open minded, friendly, extrovert and very innovative person. I am very keen to share ideas, build new solutions and make things done. Solving ICT challenges are close to my heart and I like to test new innovations and automatize things as much as possible. It motivates me in my work when my inventions are taken in to use and when the results make work more efficient.
