Jonain päivänä on hyvä olla kynsiviila (johtaja), toisena taas korkkiruuvi (työntekijä). Monipuolisuuteni juontuu työskentelystä mikrokokoisissa yrityksissä, mutta ei siitä tunnu olevan haittaa isossa organisaatiossakaan.⚓️ Tarkkuus vai näköala, siinä työelämän pulma. En ole tohtorin stereotyyppi. Suuret kokonaisuudet kiinnostavat enemmän kuin kapea syvä substanssi. Haluan nähdä työni osana suurta kokonaisuutta. Akateemisuus nousee selvimmin esiin halussani viilata yksityiskohtia. Onneksi työelämä on hionut pois pahimmat pedanttiuden piirteet.⚓️ Pelkässä lukujen ja paperien pyörittämisessä hukkaa helposti suunnan. Niinpä nautin myös käsien likaamisesta työssä. Tylsistyn pelkässä näyttöpäätetyössä, käsinkosketeltava konkretia pitää mielen virkeänä. Lisäksi Kosketus käytännön työhön auttaa pitämään jalat maassa.⚓️ Olen huomannut, että johtajan on syytä ymmärtää yrityksen eri tasoilla työskenteleviä henkilöitä. Moni asia näyttäytyy erilaisena yrityksen eri tasoilla ja johtajan (ja työntekijän) on syytä ymmärtää tämä. If I would be an object, I'd be a swiss army knife. Why?⚓️ High work morale enables results. I'm not too picky to what I do. One day you need to be a hammer (boss) and on the other day a screw (worker). My versatility originates from working in a micro-sized companies, but it doesn't seem to make harm in a bigger company either.⚓️ Precision vs. view, there's the duel of the work life. I'm not a typical doctor, because I'm more interested in the big picture than focusing on a narrow deep substance. I want to see myself as a part of big picture.⚓️ You may get lost if you are dealing with numbers and paper work only. Hence, I like to get my hands dirty every now and then. It keeps my mind fresh and feet steadily on the ground. A touch to the practical work makes me understand the big picture.⚓️ I've noticed that a leader should understand people working in different levels of the company. Many things emerge in different light for leaders, bosses and workers. My experience covers working in the different levels of the organisations.
