Customer NPS shifted from -19 in 2015 to +38 in 2018, yet with M&A related hick-up’s it was temporarily on the decline but the NPS has made a strong recovery in 2019. The past operating income has included several one-off’s (sale of property, sanctions, severances etc.) yet finally the company was tracking solid 5% operating income for the year 2019.
