Leading the fluid and mass metrology group at Justervesenet, which covers mass, density, flow, volume and gass metrology. We perform calibrations to the industry and we are active participants on several European metrology projects, specially in the field of hydrogen metrology.I am responsible for mass laboratory and traceability of mass in Norway. In addition, I am establishing a liquids density laboratory at Justervesenet.

Worked in NEWSTAR project where the main goal was to develop a primary standard for radiometry which has approximately the same cost and functionality as transfer standard detectors. My responsibilities were performing simulations on the diode structure to improve the predictability of the detector, electrical and chemical characterization of diodes, and characterization and development of the passivation layers.

ThinC-project wes a thin film silicon solar cell project where the goal wes to produce thin film silicon solar cells on cheap substrate with as high efficiency as possible. My responsibilities in this project were optimization of rf-magnetron sputtered TCO layers (ITO and variously doped ZnO) incorporated to our solar cells structure.

As a PhD-student I was doing research on the field of ion-implantation induced defects and impurities in bulk ZnO. Defended the thesis succesfully in Dec 2012.

I was working as an assistant in Lappeenranta University of Technology. Work description included research, updating websites and occasional teaching.
