My responsibilities were performing simulations on the diode structure to improve the predictability of the detector, electrical and chemical characterization of diodes, and.

ThinC-project wes a thin film silicon solar cell project where the goal wes to produce thin film silicon solar cells on cheap substrate with as high efficiency as possible. My responsibilities in this project were optimization of rf-magnetron sputtered TCO layers (ITO and variously doped ZnO) incorporated to our solar cells structure.
