Close to 5 years of experience in ISP/teleoperator consumer sales. Main products were cloud-based TV-services, internet connections such as ADSL, VDSL, cable and ethernet, mobile connections for phones, tablets and mobile routers. Selected 8 times for contributor-of-the-month in 2015.

I had a sales-stand for a teleoperator/ISP in a shopping mall in Tikkurila, Finland. I'm leading a group of 3 salesmen. My work is about contacting people who don't yet know they're about to buy something and selling contracts for mobile devices, mobile phonelines, landlines and internet lines. It also includes a lot of customer service, making inventories on a monthly basis, ordering equipment and office-materials and keeping the sales-stand in a clean look.

The company I worked with (Visimind) made 3-D models of high voltage power lines all over Europe by flying above them with a helicopter equipped with cameras and a laser-measurement device.I was working as an in-flight technical assistant, operating the cameras and laser measurement device attached to the helicopter. I also built computers from scratch for the helicopters and for the ground-crew, with a high focus on stability and safety in a highly vibrating environment. I also worked as IT Customer Support in Finland.

I cleaned various offices in the area of Helsinki, Finland. I also did some shifts as a receptionist.

I started working at the company as an aircraft cleaner - got promoted less than 2 months later to a Coordinator.As a coordinator I was in charge of the nightshift. I briefed the shift, instructed them via radio during the night, gave targets to clean for the cleaning-teams, answered calls from customers in case of additional services. Occasionally went to the field to supervise special arrangements and cleaning.
