Because this specific IT departement was in 'difficult waters', we were called in by the CIO to help them to make the turn. Through in depth team coaching and personal work, through a lot of goodwill coming from the employees, through strong and open leadership, we could make the turn. All indicators have shifted radically in the positive direction. At the end of the project, I could see the proud in the eyes of the people. this is always an indicator that is not lying. Change has to be real, not an illusion or a bubble that implodes easily. A nice chapter. Grateful for the space and trust I have got from the management team and the CIO. -

As a "culturologist" we work very intensivly with the leaders and with independent change agent communities. A great honour to get this assignment. Increasing trust, activating collaboration between teams and countries, looking for innovative ways for driving R&D.... it was one of the most challenging and complicated projects I ever got. I involved 1000 emloyees as "change agents" and 150 leaders as "Engagement Leaders" to start building a new R&D body within the existing R&D group of 8000 employees. Because of a strong partnership with Paul Stoffels, I was able to drive this "engament movement". I wrote down my insights and learnings in the book "Heart and Soul". -
