As Product Owner role in Agile methodology, I was responsible for executing the SEO projects, and directly reporting to the SEO director.- Project manager of 10+ clients- Lead in development and execution of SEO projects in coordination with clients’ business objectives- Arrange meetings with the client to discuss SEO strategies to improve their site performance- Define the needs of the client and weekly assign tasks to the scrum team in order to meet those needs- Determine the outreach strategy of SEO projects- Administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with client goals- Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels for purposes of diagnostic reporting on client projects
