- Artistic programming of the festival, developing special projects, commissioned works and exclusive collaborations unique to the festival programme- Long term planning of the festival’s artistic strategy and audience development projects- Administrative coordination of the festival: Responsibility of the festival’s artistic and operationalbudgets, supervising and being involved in all fundraising operations, taking part in developing andsustaining working relationships with public authorities and international institutions, supervising allcommunication and marketing activities.- Supervising festival operation by leading the relevant teams/managers of production, site andlogistics- Additional Project management duties: Developing and running one-off events and side projects apart from the Festival, in order to sustain the artistic diversity of the Foundation’s events and raise additional funds for the Foundation’s yearly budget- International Events: (2003 – 2009)Parallel to the position within the festival, worked in international projects/festivals organised by IKSV to promote Turkish Culture and arts with the support of Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Culture and Tourism of Turkey in several cities in Europe (Berlin, Stuttgart, Brussels, Vienna)

- Executing the artistic booking operation of the festival and being actively involved in supervising the relevant teams/ managers of production, site and logistic operations.- Creating the “Young Jazz Series” in the festival programme for motivating young and amateur jazz artist to participate in the festival, interact with established local and international artists and take their first steps in their career within the festival environment. Young Jazz has been running for 12 years and has introduced more than 40 new acts to the jazz scene in Turkey.
