Having completed an MBA after Electronic Engineering undergraduate studies, I have started my career in management consultancy in Ernst&Young before joining Sanofi in 2002. I have grown my commercial business and people leadership skills through various roles over 20 years in Sanofi, in finance, business operations and business with different dynamics, always managing transformations and driving the growth platforms of Sanofi.Being the first Turkish female receiving general management responsibility in Sanofi in 2020, I have also extended my responsibilities beyond Turkey. I am currently managing specialty care business for Turkey, Iran and Levant. With passion, energy and people focus, I have been leading multi-disciplinary and transversal teams creating environments where they can be their best-selves, leading innovation and making together great impact on the lives of the people we serve.
