Entertainment Events is a non-profit making business set up to produce high-quality entertainment and experiences at affordable prices, with all revenue put into essential infrastructure, direct production costs and charitable donations. The principle beneficiary is The Rosemary Foundation, who provide free of charge hospice at home care within 15 miles of Petersfield.

Responsible for the development and management of profitable third-party revenue streams in support of the school’s charitable purpose.

Responsible for the complete technical installation of over 40 major shows across two geographical sites with varying audience sizes from 100 to 2,000 in addition to a number of commercial events and external clients to the college. Responsible for a part time student-led crew of 45 people covering technical installations, props, make-up, costume and scenic construction. Responsible for equipment procurement strategy, long term budgeting and regulatory compliance.

Responsible for photography & videography coverage across a wide range of events for College marketing purposes. Collaboratively creating engaging video content, responsible for planning, shooting and post production of video content showcasing everyday life at College from Nursery to Sixth Form

Providing freelance production services to the entertainment industry

Various roles including Manager since April 2008. Currently focused on long-term business development acquiring new clients requiring catered event space.

• Providing technical support across both school sites where audio-visual installations are required• Design the technical elements for dramatic and musical productions • Carry out risk assessments relevant to technical elements of internal and external events• Organise and oversea the installation, programming, running and get-out of technical elements of all College events where technical support is required• Assist in maintaining a technical equipment procurement and finance strategy • Liaise with external agencies where extra technical support is required to ensure the smooth running of events
