I'm a web developer and tech lead (front end + back end) who somehow have accumulated over a decade of professional experience in doing this fun thing for a living.As a web developer I of course know HTML, CSS and JS – no React needed here – crazy, I know. I've used Node.js since forever (well, since version 0.1.x if you're wondering, that's "forever" in my book) and I still love it. I love linting my JS but avoids transpiling it – types through JSDoc is my melody.I like my databases to be SQL (nowadays PostgreSQL but in my PHP-days it was MySQL) but I also like eg. Redis and Neo4j when they deliver a distinct benefit. My API:s are preferably restful ones and when its beneficial I do add some hype tech to it in the shape of GraphQL.Loves open source, the IndieWeb and people. Dislikes cryptocurrencies, React and general cargoculting.
