Tunde Oluwaniyi is a graduate of Geology and Science Laboratory Technology from Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State with qualifications in other postgraduate degrees. He has served as an Admin Officer with over 8 years of high-level experience working with the top management staff of multiple administrations in real estate network marketing and construction firms; Including Pwan Homes Limited, Folkland Property Development Company and Pwan Heritage & Concerns Ltd.In his pursuit of knowledge and training, Tunde has been trained in Human Relations Management (HRM) and Student Member of the Chartered Institute of Administrations (CIA), presently studying at Nexford University's (NXU) Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree specialization in Advanced AI & the future of Automation.Tunde Oluwaniyi is an award-winning senior manager at Pwan Heritage and Concerns Ltd. His effort in building relationships, and turning the organization from a bottom-line approach to a customer-focused business, has brought about various awards including Most Outstanding Staff of the year 2019, Most Outstanding and Loyal of the Year 2020, Go-Extra Mile Staff of the Year 2021.Tunde Oluwaniyi is a dynamic and motivated professional who has a vision for the future. He has demonstrated his skills in managing teams and building relationships with clients. He is currently serving as the General Manager of Pwan Heritage and Concerns Ltd, where he leads the company's business development efforts across multiple states in Nigeria. In addition to his role at Pwan Heritage, Tunde also serves on the board of Pwan Regal Properties Ltd an affiliate of Pwan Heritage.He’s happily married to his lovely wife and blessed with three beautiful daughters.
