Every process and practice RP has built up over the years is geared towards uptime and reliability.---"Listen to the market" As Product Manager, RP has overseen the complete rewrite of NAPC's flagship interface product, while ensuring continued support for the legacy code, and taking care of new business. The release has been a huge success, with sales tripling over the first 6 months.--"Work Agile" Rob introduced Agile/Scrum development to the NAPC development team, and the results have been outstanding. 2.5 years of Feature Request Backlog were cleared in the first 2 months. Quality code, quickly produced and then adjusted based on market feedback are the rules of the day.

We instituted Agile/SCRUM methodology, and built a strong, stable highly productive group. We completely rewrote our flagship interface product; making it faster, easier, and much simpler to maintain and improve. At the same time, we replaced manual processes throughout the department with automation AND implemented robust QA. While we were at it, we stabilized the previous generation of code, in an effort to bring efficiency and lower operating costs. -
