- Planning of test scenarios and acceptance tests and test criteria using the available artefacts (FSS/TSS/Change notes/User Stories/Epics) - Participate in estimation of User Stories during iteration planning and daily scrum meeting- Identify complex, risky, negative and positive test scenarios- Desk checks with BA’s, Developer’s, Infrastructure and integrating system teams for quick resolution on defects discovered- logging of stories on file repository platform(Confluence and JIRA) - Prepare test data requirements and ensure data availability for testing - Test case design and execution. - Collaborate in Demo/Pilots to ensure that all the test scenarios have been catered and plan for Exploratory testing which can be conducted over and above the automated unit and functional tests.- Ensure regression testing is executed through automated scripts- Maintaining existing scripts to be compatible with new changes on the system

 Batch and Online Application Support in Physical and Digital channels Batch abends fixes Evaluating / testing new system features on a simulation environment, including documentation SDLC IT Governance Incident and change management through repository tools (changeMan/ISPWand Remedy/Jira) Recommending system enhancements to relevant stakeholders for optimized and stable systems after thorough investigation on recurring issues Investigating recurring issues on application issues and recommending permanent fix to developers for code related issues Manage and take responsibility for the overall remediation of all critical service disrupting incidents  Utilizing Mainframe tools (Job scheduler, file aids, TSO commands, JCls etc) to resolve issues  Code versioning through SERENA ChangeMan and ISPW tools  Supporting banking applications in IT test environments  Supporting quality engineers (Testers) in test environments and working closely with Developers to ensure application issues are resolved quickly to avoid delay on testing  Managing deployments  Mentoring New joiners in the portfolio  Compilation of daily application’s health check
