Initiated a Microfinance model for underprivileged tea growers, the main goal was to empower women groups to take an active role in changing their socioeconomic status. The process involved creating groups, training, and education on basic business and financial knowledge, linking the groups with major central banks and helping them to get a government grant and subsidies to run their business. At the end of the project, I was able to create 27 successful self-help groups.
