Peter has more than 25 years of strategic financial and operational business leadership accomplishments including over 20 years of executive leadership for Software as a Service (SaaS) companies. Peter’s experience includes public and private companies, equity and debt financings including an initial public offering (IPO) and follow on offerings, corporate development, buy-side and sell-side M&A, strategic and financial planning, business intelligence and operations, investor relations, and balance sheet and risk management.Peter was Jobvite’s Chief Financial Officer, responsible for leading business and financial strategy, driving the company’s business model and growth. During Peter's time as CFO, Jobvite completed three acquisitions, achieved positive cash flow, and Peter led the successful sale of the company. Before Jobvite, Peter was CFO at E2OPEN (NASDAQ: EOPN), where he led their successful IPO, follow-on offering, and sale of the company. Peter was responsible for worldwide company operations related to accounting, facilities, finance, human resources, information technology, investor relations, legal, procurement, risk management, and sales administration functions.Prior to E2open, Peter was Chief Financial Officer at SNOCAP, where he was responsible for all corporate finance, administrative operations, strategic development, and customer care functions. Peter co-led the successful sale of SNOCAP.Before SNOCAP, Peter served as Chief Financial Officer for Keynote Systems (NASDAQ: KEYN), where he directed the financial performance for the company. During this time, he completed eleven acquisitions and two tender offers.Prior to Keynote Systems, he served at Adaptive Broadband Corporation, where he held executive positions, including Senior Vice President of Finance and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. Peter also served as Vice President of Investor Relations at Republic Industries and held senior financial management positions at Dole Food Company and Arthur Andersen.Peter is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from USC’s Marshall School of Business, and a BBA in Economics from Temple University’s Fox School of Business.
