Strategised, Listed, Maintained and Scaled LifeCell's at home test collection products on various e-commerce portals like - Flipkart, Amazon, Clickoncare, Tata 1mg etc.5. Started LifeCell's corporate wellness product - This product we sold to corporates as part of their employee benefits program. Major offerings were - stem cell banking, sperm freeze, ovum freeze and genetic testings. Post mFine acquisition we added diagnostics services into the mix as well.6. Started and scaled LifeCell's affiliate program from zero to 10L monthly revenue.7. Completed influencer marketing activities for LifeCell's Sperm Banking product with top influencers, worked with platforms like OPA Influencers, Letsinfluence, Good Influencers Co. Produced 100+ reels and videos.

Was part of the core marketing team at Dhani Health, it was a project from Indiabulls team to foray into online pharmacy business. 1. I worked with 10+ top affiliate marketing agencies to generate 10Cr+ monthly revenue. 2. I was doing alliances and partnerships with companies like Myupchar, Swiggy, Paytm, Phonepe etc.3. Increased the shopify platform revenue from 53 L monthly to 1.2 Cr monthly by starting new initiatives like - Student Ambassador Program, Affiliate program 2. Did strategic alliances with coupon sites to increase medical consumabbles revenues. 3. Started and scaled Smartmedicalbuyer's youtube channel for digital growth. Produced product and knowledge videos. 4. Worked to establish the gifting business - healthcare apparatus like BP monitor, weighing machine as gift in healthcare companies. 5. Started a Key Account Manager program where in we catered to top 20% of our customers to help them aligned with software product offering - Aknamed SmartChain & Aknamed SmartBuy

I added significant value in Tata 1mg's growth at the start of the company. Was part of the first 200 employees. I contributed by - 1. Conceptualising, Starting and Scaling the Tata 1mg Health Partners program I had taken the program from 0 revenue 1 employee to 7 crore monthly revenue and 20 people team (https://www.1mg.com/healthpartner). This program is a benchmark in the indian e-pharmacy industry which was adopted later on by all the other players and still exist to contribute significantly to the company's revenue.2. Did ATL , BTL, TTL executions PAN India, worked on a budget of 36 crore yearly, which contributed significantly to the initial brand building of 1mg.com 3. Started corporate partnerships program and partnered with 500+ medium and small corporates to provide Tata 1mg's offering as employee benefits. Less than 2 Cr monthly revenue. Worked with companies like HCL, ICICI, Paytm, Phonepe, SBI and small startup to increase its revenue. 4. Worked on Misc projects like brought Tata 1mg warehouses upto the code for Warehouse audit by MNC pharma brands like Eli Lilly etc.
