With over 12 years of experience in e-commerce, program management and change management, I am currently the Transformation and Projects Lead for Consumer Direct Interaction (CDI) APAC MEA at Electrolux Group. I lead the regional transformation of the new business model, overseeing multiple cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives to deliver a seamless and engaging online shopping experience for our customers. Acting as the key liaison and strategic advisor to the VP, I provide crucial support in decision-making, communication, and execution of organizational strategiesAs part of my role, I manage the regional e-commerce platforms and sites, ensuring optimal performance, functionality, and user experience. My experience includes launching and scaling several e-commerce and D2C projects across the APAC and MEA regions, significantly increasing in online sales and consumer satisfaction.
