CurrentPre-sales- Find the customers’ needs and provide a valuable solution based on the products for them. - Create leads and opportunities through technical marketing activities such as workshops, seminars, and webinars and work closely with partners to conduct joint events.- Lead the local SoC business and grow the revenue significantly. Post sales - Handle first-line support cases and collaborate with support back-office functions for a timely resolution of customers’ technical issues. - Initiate hands-on training to help customers use the product quickly.- Create opportunities for upselling while solving customers' problems.
