• Drive the delivery of the entire suite of CWSP workstreams, over $2B in annual spend, to further reduce wildfire risk; manage the tracking and reporting of CWSP progress against internal and external goals and commitments• Facilitate the cross-functional activities needed to deliver the CWSP and support stakeholders through integration of Public / Government Affairs, Communications, Legal, Regulatory, Emergency Preparedness, Finance, Sourcing and other teams• Lead and support regulatory processes including as a witness for PG&E’s Wildfire Safety Plan and General Rate Cases• Represent the company in community, industry and regulatory forums to educate and build partnerships around wildfire safety and related activities

• Lead multiple vegetation management programs to support the safe and reliable operation of ~100,000 miles of overhead electric transmission and distribution systems with a focus on reducing wildfire risk• Direct a team of ~15 employees and >800 contractors across service territory• Continually assess and evolve safety practices and culture for a workforce performing one of the highest hazard functions (tree felling / logging operations)• Manage process efficiency, contracts and work within a budget of ~$300M • Engage with and incorporate the needs of communities, customers, state & local agencies, environmental regulators and other stakeholders in vegetation management
