As I return to work as the Business Manager at SAK in a full-time capacity, I am responsible for "everything except environmental consulting". So that includes billing, banking, marketing, inquiries, Newsletters and just about everything in-between. I work with a great group of people and enjoy the daily interactions with them and clients. Processed accounts payable, accounts receivable, verified correct accounts and codes were utilized. Responsible to reconcile and process employee expense reports and bill appropriate clients. Provided support to team members for various projects as needed. Assisted with bi-weekly payroll entries, provided billing information for monthly invoicing and other reporting as needed.Assisted with implementing new accounting system and running two separate systems in parallel. Posted entries in both systems to ensure valid and reliable information for management to validate decision to move to new system. Verified employee hours and payroll information was correct in both systems.

Business Manager, where I handle everything from phone inquiries regarding services, provide billing for clients, compose marketing materials for press releases, publish web-site content, send out Newsletters to customer base through Constant Contact, and utilize QuickBooks for invoicing clients, as well as a multitude of other financial tasks. I work on a variety of tasks and projects and am able to switch gears mid-stream to tackle a new task that is much appreciated by my supervisor. I enjoy working in the Environmental field and hope that our work has a positive effect on the environment.

As the owner and operator , I performed all the business management functions, as well as provided on-site corporate chair massage. For over 10 years, I worked with over 20 companies in the Boston and surrounding area and enjoyed providing the health benefit of on-site chair massage for their employees. At trade shows, I provided on-site supervision of my therapists and worked with booth staff to ensure show attendees were utilizing services to increase booth traffic.
