Having graduated in early 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts degree Majoring in English Literature with Distinction, I am currently creating a career for myself in freelance editing and writing. I have independently contributed to a number of blogs and have published a peer-reviewed academic piece for the University of Southern Queensland. I specialise in longer format pieces such as editorial work, website content and blog writing. I am Brisbane based but enjoy working with clients across the country. I also have three years of experience in the retail sector and over ten years working in retail and practice management, administration and personal assistant roles. During this time I have managed multiple professional and general duty staff members and worked with all levels of management. I have extensive experience in professional staff scheduling and record management, including Australian government regulatory compliance within the medical sector. I am used to compiling, editing and proofreading reports at an academic and government level. I possess a cheerful, outgoing nature and pride myself on bringing a positive and hardworking attitude to the workplace.
