Penelope with a passion for inclusive and sustainable urban development serves as Coordinator for the Limassol Municipality's participation in the EU Mission: 100 Climate Neutral and Smart Cities by 2030.She is the founder of 'the way space begins' architectural workshop which specializes in designs for the restoration of listed buildings, preserving architectural heritage. Outside of her professional life, Penelope runs Morir Soñando, an open-air artist space situated in an orange grove. This unique endeavour aims to create open-air exhibitions and provide opportunities for locals to engage in permaculture.Her commitment to sustainability isn't limited to her career; Penelope authored 'Karolina eats the seasons,' a children's book published initially in Greek in November 2021 and then in English in November 2022, promoting environmental awareness from early stages.She views life as an ongoing journey of personal growth and maintains her devotion to physical activity, music and art.
