As one of the core members of a group of energy and mining startups Pty Ltd (AGO Energy Pty Ltd, Wiso Energy, Roper Resources Pty Ltd), I focus on all things a small company needed to grow: technical work, regulatory compliance, capital raising. *March 2022-Sep 2022: worked with an independent consultancy company to conduct technical review and generate CPR report, for our exploration permits, in preparation of ASX listing. Constant engagement with the vendor to ensure the quality and accuracy of the work, to meet our capital raise objective and ASX policy.*Since 2022: engage with government and relevant regulatory authorities (including the petroleum&energy unit with Department of Industry, Trade and Tourism, the Aboriginal people & land statutory organization NLC, CLC &Tiwi LC) Orga to ensure our assets' compliance with regulation and policy, and work with all stakeholders (government, land council, landholders, consultants etc) to progress permit application into "granted" status.*Oct 2022-June 2023: inhouse geological/geophysical studies of petroleum permits in our portfolio, to understand the prospectivity of our assets, and the risks associated with them*March 2022-Oct 2022: engaging consulting firms comprising of legal advisors, accountant&auditor, financial advisor to prepare for coming ASX listing (IPO shelved due to capital market condition change)* since March 2022, meeting with potential investors, company presentation* since November 2022: leading 1 petroleum permit renewal application, right to negotiate process for 2 ALRA permit applications and 3 Native Title permit applications.
