Moreover, transmitting this knowledge required substantial practical experience, and effecting change was not something that could happen overnight.Therefore, on one hand, I spent time engaging with financial institutions both domestically and internationally, including banks, funds, export credit agencies, and private investors. On the other hand, I attempted to provide easier access to services for Chinese international engineering enterprises and financial institutions using a fintech model, leveraging intelligent systems. For instance, I coordinated a special project cooperation pool program between China Harbor and China Export Credit Insurance Corporation and used Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) to transform the guarantee process for overseas project financing into an intelligent service. The party seeking the service only needed to provide project boundary conditions to receive systematic guidance from the computer. The system would instruct them on what to do and how to improve project terms, allowing them to obtain guarantees or loans. Even if they had no knowledge of how to conduct investment and financing business, the system could help them identify the details to focus on and the key conditions to establish their project foundation.During this period, I engaged in numerous commercial experiments, including project financing, commercial loans, sovereign guarantee financing, structured financing, A/B loans, trade financing, and mezzanine loans. As a result, I participated in many multilateral forums andworkshops, accumulating experience and connections.
