I received a BSME and a MSME from Liaoning University of Technology in 2003. My major was dynamics of machinery, with focus on vibration analysis. I started my first job as a NVH engineer with Brilliance Automotive where I was involved in NVH issues troubleshooting and countermeasure development. I later joined Mueller-BBM VAS (a Germany NVH test/analysis system supplier), where I was a Technical Application Engineer for 3 years.In 2010 I joined Brüel & Kjær China as an Application Engineer supporting the sales and application of Bruel&Kjaer products in the Automotive and other industries.  From 2014 to now, I am the Ground Vehicle Technical Support Manager for Brüel & Kjær China, where I manage a team of Application Engineers and where I am involved with product support and application and with customers training. My experience ranges from modal analysis, to sound quality, sound source identification, rotational analysis, and vehicle pass-by. I am also the main resource for support in China of the application of the Bruel&Kjaer Source-Path-Contribution (SPC) and NVH Simulator solutions for vehicle target setting and cascading.
