As the regional planning manager, I am in charge of 6 plants supply schedule, in north and northeast China. The job responsibility is very like National Planning Manger, but is more detail: Set the plants’ monthly production plan, and align with China head quarter. Control the inventory of plants’ finishing goods, to cop with the capacity gap during sales peak season. Set the volume and schedule for raw material procurement, control inventory, improving cash follow. Organize Sales & Operation meeting, align on the sales demand and looking for solutions’ for the supply problems. Implement the UTC promotion order from head quarter. Implement VPO management standard on plants’ planning work.
