India Laundry Franchise Product Research- Definition of development strategies and adaption of commercial needs into measurable product specifications for R&D team- Lead the consumer insight generation on usage habits, unmet needs, relevant benefits and visualization via various consumer research methodologies- Define most relevant sustainable product benefits & claims and develop demo and visualization to maximize in-market product potential3. Project Management- Lead R&D team for new product innovation development and qualification- Technical recommendations and risk assessments to raise and address key project challenges

In charge of North China and Korea region for P&G Chemicals department- Key Account Manager for distributors and customers in Korea and North China, with approx. USD 10 million annual sales (5000mT volume) for oleo-chemical products- Collaboration with Marketing team for local sourcing & tolling projects
