Project front-end planning:- Develop/Control master programme for internal control- Conduct pre-construction planning to analyze&mitigate project risk before contractors come on-board- Prepare Programme Management Specifications for Tender2. Project Integrated programme management [Using Primavera P6] - Develop/Control Submission/Permits programme- Develop/Control Design programme- Develop/Control Procurement programme, including 2 General Contractors, 21 NSCs, 19 Direct Suppliers, 15 Direct Contractors, etc..- Control/Monitor Construction programme including 2 Main C&S Contractors, 4 MEP Contractors, 4-5 Facade Contractors, and future ID, Lift/Escalator, ELV, BA, Fire contrators, etc.3. Project Coordination- Interal coordination between multiple departments to accomplish project milestones.- Coorrdinate with contractors to meet the targets in the overall construction programme4. Project Claim defending- Review and defend submitted EOT calims from Contractors with CPM analysis- Write EOT cliam defending summary report5. BIM coordination, including:- Overall BIM execution strategy set-up with BIM consultant (Gehry Technologies)- BIM coordination among all parties6.Project Risk Analysis/ Management
