I am currently a Research Fellow at University of Birmingham. My research interests include: 1) nanotechnology application in environment and agriculture 2) environmental fate, transport, transformation and bioavailability of contaminants including heavy metals, engineered nanomaterials by traditional methods as well as advanced nuclear techniques (e.g., synchrotron based techniques and isotope labeling techniques); 2) ecotoxicology of contaminants in terrestrial and aquatic ecosystem; 4) biosafety of biomedical and industrial nanomaterials
