- Project scoping, planning, and execution- Manipulating and analysing clinical and non-clinical hospital data; synthesising and presenting data using graphics, tables, and reports- Recruiting and training newcomers- Produce in-depth analyses about treatment trends and doctors' prescribing habits in China- Forecasting market sales of pharmaceuticals used in China- Identifying Chinese key opinion leading physicians- Conducting interviews with key opinion leading physicians to gain insight into factors that affect physicians' prescribing habits- Produce market access analyses about the Chinese market, eg: pricing & reimbursement policies and their impact on multinational companies, regulatory issues, and the ongoing Chinese healthcare reform

- Provide clients in-depth analysis of disease treatment landscape, challenges/unmet needs, and future trends.- Track medical evidence daily; analyze how they will impact on clinical practice; Conduct regular primary research with KOLs to assess how ‘high impact’ evidence is likely to change treatment practice;- Participate in key international conferences to follow the latest development in disease treatment;- Deliver service in the form of reports, video briefings, and through an on-line business intelligence service platform.
