Aljaž Pengov Bitenc a.k.a. pengovsky.Agent provocateur and a general nuisance. Day job includes running Radio KAOS, a multimedia radio station based in Ljubljana, Slovenia. But since this is admittedly tantamount to an expensive hobby, other lines of work are also pursued.Most notably this includes being the stammering one in #MetinČaj and #EvropskaČetrt podcasts. Also featured is authoring a blog titled Sleeping With Pengovsky (excplicit content warning).Keeps busy on Tuesdays by hosting the Midday Show on Luxembourg's Ara City Radio (tune in for Balkan Express at 11 AM).Occasionally hosts/moderates conferences and events and does so with gusto.Fun fact: 2003 saw cooperation with Slovenian Peace Institute in educating local Roma population in the ways of the radio. A few accolades were collected along the way, including two Awards for Innovation by the Ljubljana Chamber of Commerce (in 2006 and 2007) and The Award of the City of Ljubljana in 2009. Past exploits include a long-running political column in Nedelo newspaper, resident blogging for web edition of Delo newspaper. Appearances in both national, regional and foreign media (Economist.com, FT.com, European Voice, Guardian, Al Jazeera, etc) as political analyst and commentator were observed as well.
