Our team has developed and deployed various AI solutions to enhance the customer experience at PingAn Bank and Insurance, the largest financial institute of its kind in Asia. Currently I lead the lab to develop technologies toward digital cloning of a given character, resulting in an AI agent with realistic human appearance, which can interact with human naturally, by leveraging recent advances in Generative AI, especially in Multimodal LLM, and other large foundation models.

Working on applying robotics technologies to logistics automation and "unmanned everything".As the tech lead of a team of 10+ engineers (computer vision, robotics control, mechanical/software), we developed and delivered multiple robotics solutions to JD's unmanned warehouses, including bin picking, palletize/un-palletize, putwall etc.

Founded the company Princeton Vision to develop highly reliable sensing technologies for automotive safety applications. The key thrust is to perform realistic noise modelling throughout the chain of process, and achieve predictable system performance by designing decision algorithms which can accommodate the realistic noise characteristics. Predictable system accuracy is vital for the commercialization of autonomous systems into our society.Best paper award in IEEE International Conference on Transportation Information and Safety 2017.
