• Management of a proactive workforce planning system for the entire organization with support from P&C Team.• Development and management of effective internal HR recruitment procedures, processes, tools and monitoring system in meeting human resources needs of our ministry operations and objectives.• Development and management of recruitment programs that will increase targeted availability of staff and contribute to efficiency of recruitment included recruitment strategies, sourcing pools, internship program, and partnership programs.• Ensure effective and efficient recruitment system (OurPeople) both P&C and managers are well equipped to recruit the best qualified staff• Monitor and managed the recruitment status for P&C• Ensure a strategy networking with external/internal partner with recruitment agency, HR networks, and churches/Dormitory, Universities, Institutes.

• Ensure the quality of hiring to respond to the business needs• Ensure the SRM-HPF pays and benefits structures remain competitive to support the SRM-HPF proposition as top employer• Ensure effectiveness of HR processes including payroll, personnel budget and forecast, and other reporting requirement• Ensure SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) implement each department• Carrying out staff performance review and feedback• Ensure the accuracy and validity of HR data and systems• Ensure all HR related legal requirements are met• Take ownership of own and team performance and development and ensure behavior reflects the values and interpreting HR policies and procedures of SRM-HPF• Undertake others tasks as requested by the Deputy Director and General Director.
