• Ensure effective and efficient recruitment system (OurPeople) both P&C and managers are well equipped to recruit the best qualified staff
• Monitor and managed the recruitment status for P&C
• Ensure a strategy networking with external/internal partner with recruitment agency, HR networks, and churches/Dormitory, Universities, Institutes.

• Ensure the quality of hiring to respond to the business needs
• Ensure the SRM-HPF pays and benefits structures remain competitive to support the SRM-HPF proposition as top employer
• Ensure effectiveness of HR processes including payroll, personnel budget and forecast, and other reporting requirement
• Ensure SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) implement each department
• Carrying out staff performance review and feedback
• Ensure the accuracy and validity of HR data and systems

• Managing referencing process. This include sending reference request to previous employers, chasing return of reference and providing feedback to the recruitment team as appropriate.
