As Digital Marketing Coordinator I collaboratively work with key stakeholders and agencies in the creation and implementation of digital marketing strategies and coordinate all the involved projects. This includes:- Creating social media posts, and maintaining the posting schedules- Updating and maintaining websites- Creating eDMs- Researching and writing educational articles- Reviewing externally sourced articles and posts- Reporting on the results of digital campaigns as well as analysing data to extract key insightsBriefing a talented graphic design team we come up with attractive graphics and collateral that are in-line with the concept and business brand.To create, schedule and circulate the internal and external eDMs I've adapted to using various online platforms to produce beautiful and effective eDMs, online surveys and entry forms.Ensuring that internal marketing tasks and requests are appraised and progressed through the correct approval channels is a daily duty. I initiate and monitor production of marketing collateral and point of sale. I also liaise with internal and external stakeholders on the progress of requests and projects.Where required I also match appropriate suppliers with the business' requirements and ensure quality and value in every purchase.

Coordinating any event or function taking place at the Trainworks museum. This includes weddings, corporate functions or large group bookings. Making arrangements for operational support, ensuring efficiency and providing excellent customer experiences. Organising transport, accommodation, training.Initiating HR activies to assist in resolving disputes and team rapport building.
