• Project manage several simultaneous Transition Programs initiatives such as Taking Stock, Ram Welcome, Getting to Year 2, and numerous hiring cycles, while supervising three student employees• Implement and execute new programs such as an Annual All-Student Staff Lunch to promote sense of belonging and retention amongst student teams and the Ram Welcome Leader Appreciation Celebration at the conclusion of Ram Welcome Leaders’ volunteer commitment• Generate student surveys, program RSVP forms, new hire and onboarding forms, program evaluations, and training materials and resources, and outward facing publications • Strengthen documentation and record keeping practices for receipts, student hiring information, interview materials, and confidential student information• Develop purchase agreements, business partnerships and collaborative events with campus programming partners, internal vendors, and local businesses in the community

• Research and incorporate evidence-based, trauma-informed teaching strategies and best-practice guidelines for engaging college students in the classroom

• Utilize consistent, accurate, and timely case management and communication skills to oversee the compliance of 35 clients and inform judicial personnel with formal updates to the Court• Coordinate and implement a district-wide Victim Rights Campaign by producing relevant and engaging materials such as flyers, Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, newsletters, and online bulletin boards designed for the benefit of judicial employees and their continued education in the field

• Influence and collaborate on the creation of a comprehensive onboarding manual for new student employees, after observing the gaps in accessible student employee benefit information • Conduct regular process audits regarding data storage of employee benefit documentation

• Serve as a visible and available advocate for international students and families, utilizing diverse communication strategies and holistic conflict management to produce positive community outcomes

• Care for children (aged 3-12) daily by structuring and participating in age-appropriate, creative, stimulating play and learning • Teach, role model, and discipline children to aid in their growth relative to evidence-based child development theories• Practice patience and flexibility to adjust to the needs of the children, while maintaining adherence to family values, rules and needs• Maintain a safe and clean household, drive children, prepare nutritious meals, coordinate schedules, and assist with familial duties as necessary
